You are going for a nice, relaxing pedicure. Picture it in your head...the clean smell of lavender and vanilla wafting in the air, the hum of the pumps moving the water about, warm and comforting, tingling. Aaahhhhh, feels so good. But wait that is not just any tingling that is fish reflexology!!!! Yes, fish reflexology!!!! A tub full of little, itty bitty fish eating the dead skin off of your feet.
