I am so excited! After church Kate and I to Borders. I purchased Ree Drummond's book, Pioneer Woman Cooks: Recipes from an Accidental Country Girl. I am making her chili as we speak. The book is amazing. Scrumptious recipes, great stories and vivid photos. She is also coming to town on her book-signing tour. Guess who will be there?
Here is the chili. It great. And yes, that is fritos you see peeking out at you. I am a south Texas girl. Fritos and chili are like peas and carrots!
