American Idol

Mom comes into the kitchen and says, "Did you watch American Idol?"

"Yes."

"I hate the audition shows. Just get to the real thing."

"Hmmm." I say. Where is this going. I am getting scared.

"Did you hear Ellen is going to be on the whole season?"

"No, but I heard Simon is leaving. Is that why?"

She replies, "No, he leaves next season. She is on to replace that drug-head. Which is just fine. I hated her anyway."
