Those words melted my heart. Not too long ago I was helping out in the Art classroom. They were cutting greeting cards out of paper and then coloring them. I was helping one of the kids when I noticed another child had cut his card in half by accident. He was very upset. I gave him a new one to cut. He smiled up at me and said, "I am happy." That's all "I am happy." I looked at him and thought to myself, "This is why I left corporate America." I am happy AND blessed to be working where I do with the people I do and helping/teaching/caring for the kids I do.
