The Results are In.....

I FINALLY received the results of my CIMT are in. Not that I can really understand what the heck they mean! Here is what I can glean from the report--my age is 43 and my arterial age is 54. The note from my doctor reads "Your results show that lifestyle changes, including improved diet and exercise, should be made." So those are the results. Thank you for all of your prayers and well wishes. I am asking that you please continue to pray for me in this area! Thanks y'all!
