Our time is S.A. was almost up. We slept in and then headed to Ulta for finger nail polish and Borders so Kate could get Lauren Conrad's book called Style. We met Ben and CeCe for lunch at the Greek Funstival down on St. Mary's and then got on the road to come home.
The traffic was moving so smoothly, I thought we ought to try driving through Austin instead of taking the bypass tollway. Mistake. As soon as we passed the tollway exit the traffic came to a screeching halt. I decided to exit and go back to the tollway. Then a thought, if we are already hear might as well head to Guero's for tacos and Hey Cupcake for some sweets. Great idea!
After tacos and cupcakes we went back down south to the tollway and came home. We left S.A. at 2:30 pm and made to Big D at 9 pm. We were glad to be out of the car but still miss our family and San Antonio!
