Spring Break Road Trip 2010 - Day Three

My back is MUCH worse today. I even toyed with the idea of a ER visit but decided on a massage instead. Brenda was sweet enough to make me an appointment at Serenity Day Spa. The massage was great. If you are ever in F-town and need a good massage ask for Sayda DeHoyos. She recommended I use a cool/cold compress instead of warm/hot. I stopped by Walgreens for cold packs and Icy Hot and headed out to the farm.

The gang all came over to Flint River for dinner. My aunt Ann was lucky enough to have a night off from the hospital and she came with her famous deviled eggs. We had feta-stuffed burgers and chips too. For dessert we had homemade cherry turnovers! Good stuff.

Kate and Gavin helped Dad put out the hummingbird feeders for the season. My grandma Jewelle always said to put them out on March 15 and bring them in on September 15. We were a day late. And Dad made his usual bet that whoever spotted the first hummingbird gets a dollar.
We ended the evening crowded around the puzzle table working on a new puzzle. Good ole' clean fun. Ain't nothing better!
Here are some pictures of Dad's flags with the storm clouds looming behind.
